For the Sake of Sita summary:
He was prepared to sacrifice everything on behalf of her... While working as a volunteer in Nepal, Sangmin Han, a Korean medical student, encounters Sita, a stunning and tragic former Kumari, a young girl revered as a goddess. Despite her sorrowful past, they fall in love, get married, and begin a life together in Korea. However, their happiness is brief when Sita dies just one year into their marriage. Overcome with sorrow, Sangmin fervently pleads with the gods to bring Sita back, and his prayers are answered—but at a price. In order to reunite with Sita, he must make a sacrifice and wakes up in Nepal, old and bewildered. Before him is a young Sita, who has no recollection of their past together. For the Sake of Sita is a tale of destiny woven between two lovers, tracing Sita's life as a Kumari and Sangmin's efforts to avert her tragic fate, an epic story of love and selflessness.
