Puella Magi Oriko★Magica summary:
Yuma Chitose used to live a carefree and youthful life, but everything changed when her parents were killed by a witch right before her eyes. The traumatic incident left her feeling devastated and helpless. However, Kyouko Sakura, a magical girl, came to her rescue and saved her from a similar fate. Driven by a desire for power, Yuma believed that becoming a magical girl would be the only way for her to gain strength. Kyouko, on the other hand, discouraged her from pursuing that path and advised her to lead a normal life. Despite Kyouko's warnings, Yuma's interest in becoming a magical girl intensified when Kyuubey revealed that Oriko Mikuni had identified her as a promising candidate. But who is Oriko, and what is she looking for in Yuma? Meanwhile, rumors began spreading about a mysterious killer who was targeting and exterminating magical girls. According to street talk, the killer was not a witch, but rather another magical girl.
